Industrial Property Consulting Policy

Nexus Industrial Property Consulting Policy:

Consulting Fees (Applicable for outside Nexus Properties):

• Rent/Lease Transaction – 1 Month Rent + GST (to be paid at the time of lease agreement)
• Sale/Buy Transaction – 1% of Deal Amount + GST (to be paid at the time of sale deed)

Terms & Conditions:

In the course of the engagement, We shall introduce different property owners/ agencies/ associates etc… to you/your associates. You/your associates shall treat all the contacts introduced by us as our property and all communication with respect to any of our referred properties will be routed through us only. It is an agreement that you/your associates who are engaged in dealing with the property with the contacts given to you shall not deal with these contacts at any point in time in a manner that has an impact of depriving our compensation as agreed as above. In case such a situation occurs, you/your company would remain liable to pay our due compensation as per terms agreed.
