Important Notes
- Outside area to be used for mentioned purpose only. Construction in outside area is not allowed.
- Parking & Loading/Unloading should be done in designated area only. Such activity is not allowed on main road.
- Lessee should make sure that premises are suitable to meet their operational requirements before lease agreement.
- Polluting Industries / Operations and Storage of Hazardous or highly flammable material within park premises not allowed
- Mentioned area are approximate basis and subject to variation upto 5% as per site situation and drawings.
